The person and work of Christ as seen in the Old Testament Tabernacle:
Fr Crenshaw is teaching about the Old Testament tabernacle.  This was Israel's picture of the Gospel, presenting the person and work of Messiah.  The book of Hebrews is an exposition of the tabernacle, and the book of Revelation is an exposition of the temple.  The temple was the "upgraded" form of the tabernacle.  Indeed, we cannot understand the Bible unless we understand this form of tabernacle worship, which comes over into the New Testament in Jesus.  Worship is not just up for grabs, not just anything we want to do.  There are principles of worship that carry over from the Old Testament to the New Testament.  Moreover, the tabernacle as fulfilled in Jesus demonstrates the grand unity of God's Word.  Color handouts are given out.
